Bus stop "Arnöviken" 600 m, railway station "Hudiksvall" 25 km, sandy beach 100 m, lake Vågen 200 m. Please note: fishing [permit required]. The owner lives on the same property.

Kitchen-/living room (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, simple dry toilet. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Small terrace. Sitting area. Very beautiful distant view of the sea and the forest. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
