Great location on the beach! You can easily walk to La Crucecita or Santa Cruz. The staff were so attentive and provided excellent service. All the food we ate was delicious. Seven restaurants to choose from and also within walking distance to plenty of other food options including the best Mexican street food! Two good sized pools. Nightly events on the beach. The property is meticulously maintained daily. Room was comfortable with A/C and we slept like babies. Definitely recommend!

Numerous excellent restaurants with chef prepared food. There was bar and food service at the pool and on the beach. The waiters were very attentive; never had to wait long for a drink! The beach was beautiful and practically empty. Our room was well maintained daily. No complaints and would stay again!

Housekeeping staff were amazing and did a good job. However, when we checked in I accidentally drop white shirt on the floor and when I picked it up it came back almost brownish from the dust from the floor. Bathroom was also not as cleaned as we expected for paying $$ for premium suite. We definitely paid so much more than for the room we got. We asked front desk for late check out even if it’s for 30 mins to 1 hour and he wouldn’t give us and was charing us for 1500peso till 4pm. I worked at hotels we do try to go for above and beyond experience for our guests so they come back but we didn’t feel the same vibe here. Mind you I’m huge on travelling and we usually stay at Marriott and Hilton hotels. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t be coming back for sure. We chose this hotel based on the guests reviews but they overcharged for the service we got. Shout out to the housekeeping staff though they were super friendly and helpful and the female staff at check-in. All the male staff at front desk are rude and seem like they don’t want to work there.

Rooms were updated and clean although our ‘superior’ room balcony overlooked the parking lot. Pool area is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. One pool was closed for repairs our entire stay. Restaurants are very good. Constant construction.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating for guests, always trying so hard to communicate with guests. Very good restaurants, drink options and unique dishes. The only thing I would add to room amenities would be a small refrigerator. Small inconvenience to be sure. Restaurant meals were very economical. Cannot say enough about the friendly staff!

Room was ok, no fridge, no hooks for hanging towels or cloths. Sewer smell coming from drain was unbearable. Stayed for 10 days only received face cloths twice. Cleaning was fine but could use improvement. Staff very pleasant.

We took several of the hotels excursions they were very good. We are not totally conversant in spanish so wouldhave appreciated a little more help with the translations. Google translator isnt good enough!

The room itself was okay; however, it appeared neglected. The curtains were ripped, and the overall cleanliness of the room was just okay—not at an acceptable level. We also did not have hot water during our stay. While we didn’t formally complain, we did mention the issue, and it was never resolved. Another concern was the hotel policy regarding outside food and drinks. Even if you arrive with a beer from outside, staff immediately ask you to throw it away. You are not allowed to bring in any food or beverages, as they want all consumption to be from the hotel. Additionally, the staff did not seem very friendly. It felt as though they were there because they had to work rather than to provide quality service. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many areas that still need improvement, and there is a significant opportunity to enhance both the service and the guest experience.

Before entering the property, security was nice he definitely did his job by verifying who we were n not letting just anyone in the property. The front desk was nice and bilingual, our room was ready early n they allowed us to access it, the room was very clean, fresh, n well stocked. There are multiple options when it comes to eating options, we tried 3 of the restaurants n EVERYTHIG we tried was delicious n well served. We enjoyed the pool n the beach very much. Highly recommend this hotel n everything about it.

The room and staff were excellent. The room had A/C, clean, and an excellent view of the beach. We loved the soaking tub on our balcony. The staff was always very friendly and polite. The only downside to our experience was the construction going on all around our room. There was dust, loud banging on the both rooms next to our room. The hotel offered a room on a different building but incurred additional costs. I feel that the hotel could've done a little better to make our experience better.
