Before entering the property, security was nice he definitely did his job by verifying who we were n not letting just anyone in the property. The front desk was nice and bilingual, our room was ready early n they allowed us to access it, the room was very clean, fresh, n well stocked. There are multiple options when it comes to eating options, we tried 3 of the restaurants n EVERYTHIG we tried was delicious n well served. We enjoyed the pool n the beach very much. Highly recommend this hotel n everything about it.

The room and staff were excellent. The room had A/C, clean, and an excellent view of the beach. We loved the soaking tub on our balcony. The staff was always very friendly and polite. The only downside to our experience was the construction going on all around our room. There was dust, loud banging on the both rooms next to our room. The hotel offered a room on a different building but incurred additional costs. I feel that the hotel could've done a little better to make our experience better.

This is a truly lovely hotel with 6 or 7 restaurant choices right on the property. One might think that sounds cheesy and that the restaurants might be second rate. But everything about the hotel and restaurants is first rate. The staff are professional and friendly at every level - from the front desk to the gardeners. Everyone seems to love their jobs and serving their guests. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Chahue may be my favorite beach in Mexico. Do not miss the opportunity to eat at Otto! (one of the multiple restaurants on site)

I’m probably the only person in Huatulco that would like a warmer shower and there was no hot water to the room. Other than that, everything was excellent! One of the pools was under renovation, which will be an indication to new visitors that they keep the property very well! Very convenient beach access and close to town. Other than the hot water lol I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

The outside of the place is nice with pools and beach access, but that’s about where it ends. The inside was a disaster. Rooms are older which is fine but our room had massive electrical issues shorting out and sounded like wires were ready to catch on fire. Notified management who wanted us to wait in the room at 10pm to see if they could fix it and after an hour we had to ask for another room, it wasn’t offered. Changed to the room next door and the AC didn’t work. It powered on but no air coming out. Requested a refund as it was 11pm and I was tired did not want to keep changing rooms for things to not work and was denied. I walked out anyways. Maybe this place will be better after they finish renovations but currently sept 2025 its not worth it, was not even able to stay. I was so disappointed as I had booked the king deluxe room with a private pool as a special treat for the end of my trip. The other thing that is weird here is that if you are at the pool and you order drinks and food you have to pay for food and drinks separately even though you are in the same area.

Very nice , clean , friendly staff . Is in front of the beach , but you can not swim in that beach is red flag . No se puede nadar en esa playa , el hotel está limpio y renovado , muy amables y con spa , si quieres nadar en el mar tienes q ir a otra playita cerca . Mi recomendación al hotel es q le pongan a las escaleras barandal para sostenerse cuando subes y bajas las escaleras porque el elevador es muy pequeño y en tiempo de lluvia si se va la luz no funciona. Muy agradable

This is a beautiful property! I was very pleased until I found an ugly stain on the sheets of the bed. I called right away and after 15 minutes of silence I went to the receptionist to see if they were going to do anything about it. It took one hour for some one to come and change the sheets. No apologies were offered…

The best dining options were at the hotel! Even the locals told us we had to eat there. Beautiful patio, beach, pool, and location. We will be go back here for sure.
