El departamento se ubica en 3er piso de nuestra casa, totalmente amoblado, con la entrada independiente y una hermosa terraza para disfrutar el sunset. Departamento tiene cocina con todo menaje, un dormitorio con cama de 2 plazas, hay zona de trabajo, hay dos futons, baño con ducha con agua caliente, wifi fibra óptica, cableTV, acceso a lavadora. Contamos con zona de parilla. Tenemos cámaras de seguridad en el exterior. Hay cochera y estacionamiento. A unos pasos hay restaurantes para degustar deliciosos platos marinos, escuelas de surf, tiendas, farmacias, mercado. El aerpopuerto queda a 7 min en auto.
