房內很乾淨，但是衛浴設備有破損，蓮蓬頭有剝落會割人，地板走路會有聲音。其他整體很好。

整體環境不錯，配色明亮， 房內附帶小孩滑步車跟小溜滑梯(塑膠) 木桌跟床板都有些耗損使用痕跡，無傷大雅 因為靠草地，進出房間大門要快速，避免蚊蟲飛入
