Bed frame broken. Clanked all night wasn’t able to sleep. Asked front desk in the morning for a different room. Wouldn’t allow me to change rooms. Sent maintenance up who put shimmy’s under the mattress in bedframe where the welding was broken. Housekeeping did not clean room in the morning. Concerned spoke with the cleaning supervisor around 10:00 am. She promised that housekeeping would get our room cleaned. Came back into the later evening. Housekeeping never came and attended our room. Front desk had only only one worker that evening so he couldn’t bring us supplies for the next morning. Went back to front desk. Had to get towels, trash liners, etc. slept one more night. Bed didn’t clank while sleeping on it however our fridge started buzzing really loud in the middle of the night. It kept me up until I got up and adjusted the settings around 2:00 am. Another rough night because of a loud defective fridge. Felt if only they had cared enough to let me change rooms the first night it would have been a much better experience and I would have felt more rested.
