I chose to stay at this location during my second visit to Houston due to it's proximity to the airport, continental breakfast, and airport shuttle. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe at this location. When I checked in, the front desk handed me my room key with the room number facing down and didn’t tell me aloud what my room number was. Even though the lobby was empty, I still appreciated that extra step in making sure that I was safe as a solo traveller. The breakfast was very good and hot. I also observed the hotel workers continuously checking and replenishing the food for guests during breakfast and cleaning the tables after each guest departed for the day. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. I was only there for a few days but I appreciated not feeling like I was in a shoebox. I also liked that my room had a shower room and a toilet room (both equipped with sinks!). Hotel shuttle was extremely easy to use! I wish I took advantage of it on my way to the hotel but that's user error on my part. If you call the hotel, I believe you can get picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle (noted for my next visit!). I stayed during May 2025 and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. It was super quick and convenient. Just let the driver know which terminal you’re going to and you’ll be there in no time!
