The room was very hot! Air wasn’t working very well. The website states buffet is complementary, but it really is not. They were charging us 21 dollars for the buffet. Also, they were undergoing renovations and this was not disclosed to us prior.

The staff neglected to make our stay even somewhat pleasant. From check in until departure. Poor front desk staff. The room key failed many times. The air conditioner did not work in my room , the room didnt have complimentary soap or shampoo and the shaving kit was old as dirty. Bad experience. When we booked online it stated complimentary breakfast, once we got there the staff said it was 21.00 dollars. Plus the hotel was going under renovation. None of the complaints we listed were noted online when booking. We should be completely refunded or heavily credited for such a bad experience. Travelers beware.

So first impressions was great but then you get in there and nobody is there. It's like a ghost town. I only seen a hand few of workers and some construction crew. But then the next morning we came down for breakfast and was told that it doesn't come with our room. But that was the whole point of going there. Was to have a shuttle bus to and from the airport. That man was so rude to us. He said he was going to leave us and everything. We told him that we not from here and that we didn't know where to go. That was a problem. Nobody spoke English so we could never know what they was talking about. Their wasn't nobody in the hotel at all. We thought something could happen to us. So we left that hotel and went were we could get what we wanted. We had trouble getting our money back. We still haven't gotten a clear answer to why they kept so much of our money. For us to stay there one night we paid 434.00. 150 of it was a deposit for all three nights and 283.00 was for the room.

To be short and sweet- you’re better off booking at the Hyatt next door or the Home2suites down the road for the same price. The place was nothing close to advertised. Breakfast was disgusting. Got switched rooms 3 times because the TV, coffee machine, and blinds did not work (eventually I just said forget it on the last night, wasn’t it worth the trouble of moving again). Staff was not helpful and maintenance was always “coming” to fix the issue. I would stay at a motel6 with bedbugs before I stayed here again.
