Roach Infestation

I have never stayed in a property with as many cockroaches in the room , they must have an infestation , it was bad . I even told the front desk on the first morning and he said he would have maintenance do something to the room , the second morning was worse , I gave up killing them . I would have moved out but the Rodeo was in town so rooms were $$$ and scarce. They comped me one night , in hindsight it should have been two. I travel and stay in hotels a lot , this was hands down the worst , I can handle a bug or two but this beyond that . They came out in the morning , if I had seen them in the room when I checked in I would have taken action then. Room 418 you have been warned . People only really take the time to give reviews when they are dissatisfied , I don’t normally bother but felt I had to in this instance

Never Again

My stay was AWFUL. My dog and I weren't even in the room(s)! for 3 hours. 930pm.First room 228 was nice, but the locking mechanism on the balcony door was broken. **I stressed to the 2nd shift front desk guy that my dog and I need to be secure due to our situation and please keep our whereabouts, if asked, confidential. So my dog and I go back down to front desk and he gives us another room right across the hall, 235. No balcony-no problem, but it was LOUD, commercial AC's right outside and an high pitched drill/buzz. Then I discovered one of the windows opening onto the lower level rooftop didn't lock. That was the tipping point for me. I fed my dog, ate my takeout but didn't finish, and checked out-1am. When I checked out the front desk personnel had changed shifts. He was much more helpful, withstanding my moment of anger, and made sure he had my email, bc the check in guy didn't have it for some reason???... even though he required it on my pet check in form. So yeah. I need to file a travel claim now. 3.5 hours was hardly a hospitable stay for the roughly 300$ I spent on the room.

The only thing is there is a very late night bar across the street that was extremely loud until about 4 AM. If you’re sensitive to noise, make sure you ask for one of the back rooms. It might be better?

They have a parking permit required to be on your dash No Tape to secure the permit (1/4 piece of paper), property takes down your car make, model and license plate to verify Hauled car away, lost 4-5 hours and property management said our fault and to pay the tow company $250 Took over an hour to get a manager to call, and manager said our fault the permit was not seen by Tow company, so pay the tow Informed management, we are your customer and you are a franchise with what could be fraud Management acquiescing called the tow company and verified the auto make, model and license plate were registered at the hotel Parking permit was in the defrost vent…but day lost and stress…so stupid and preventable with larger parking permits, hanging ones for mirrors or a piece of scotch tape

Good Stay

This is a very nice hotel and good for extended stay. Located across the street from two very nice bar and grill establishments. I was puzzled as to why the two televisions in the breakfast area were out of service. I asked the front desk and she knew about it. She didn't know for how long. I asked if the manager knew, she said yes. Hopefully the manager will address this as soon as possible.

The room was clean and the staff were great. Free breakfast was a plus! The only downside was the ongoing construction. The hallway carpet being completely removed was quite alarming. Other than that, it was a great stay. Look forward to the remodel.

It was a great stay! Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The parking was extremely easy. The suite was spacious. Housekeeping came everyday to clean the suite and give us fresh towels.
