The front door is equipped with an electronic combo lock for keyless entry with your personal access code which is deleted and reprogramed after each guest checks out.

This home was professionally furnished and decorated with you in mind and includes a big-screen smart TV with streaming channels and Internet/Wi-fi (250).

Nearby shopping includes Almeda and Baybrook malls and several shopping plazas with all the major store chains such as Wal-Mart, HEB, Fiesta, Aldi’s, Ross, Marshalls, Starbucks, and many international and local restaurant chains.

Property is a short drive to/from Hobby Airport, Pasadena, Ellington Field Galveston beaches, Clearlake, Webster, Space Center Houston, Pearland, Downtown, Medical Center, and anywhere else near the surrounding Houston area.

Smoking or smoke odor is NOT ALLOWED inside any of our properties. Booking this property indicates you have read and agreed to our house rules and non-smoking policy. Any violation of our non-smoking policy will incur a minimum fee of $300 for extra cleaning and smoke remediation. Any smoke odor, residual or second/third-hand smoke from your clothing will violate our no-smoking policy and additional cleaning fees will be enforced. No exceptions!

Guests have access to all parts of the home, except one utility closet. The front door keypad entry code will be provided before your travel when the booking is confirmed.

Home is a few minutes from Hobby Airport, shopping areas, and easy access to Interstate 45/Gulf Freeway.

The home has a washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies for your convenience. Maid service is not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for their house cleaning, including washing towels and bed linings/sheets, blankets, etc. as needed.

Also note, that consumable items such as toilet paper, hand towels, dishwasher, dishwashing and hand soaps, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. are provided as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay.
