Great host who responds quickly. Overall a cool guy/bachelor pad. I wouldn’t bring my wife there. Parking leaves your car on the main street, which wasn’t the best. No garage or gated area to protect your vehicle in a really sketchy part of town. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen only had one glass and a few wine glasses, so bring your own cups. They should have glasses or something to drink out of. The pool table could be fun, but two pool cues were completely broken/jagged and the only good cue is warped beyond belief. No chalk. Couch cushions have tears in them and walls were really scuffed and dirty. One stair step was broken off. All of these things are easy fixes and it would easily be 5 stars from me.

The host was very kind, easy to reach, and consistently responded quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Communication was definitely a strong point of this stay.Overall cleanliness is the main reason for my three-star rating. The bedrooms are spread across three separate floors, and in the third-floor bedroom (with the king bed), the sheets had noticeable dark red stains that appeared to be either makeup or possibly blood. While it was clear the linens had been washed (there was a bleach smell), the stains remained, which was concerning. The walls and floors throughout the home could also benefit from a more thorough cleaning.The property does have a non-smoking policy, which is great; however, the garage/game room smelled like cigarette smoke and had visible ash on the pool table and floor. Thankfully, the rest of the house did not have this issue.On a positive note, the host did a great job providing soaps and amenities, and the upstairs shower was excellent. We didn’t spend much time in the home overall, as we checked in around 1:30 a.m. and left by 10:00 a.m., so our experience was brief.In my opinion, this property may be a good fit for groups like college students or spring break travelers, but it may not be the best choice for families with small children.

The Good First: AC was awesome and so cold. The Master Bed was extremely comfortable. Communication with Host had very fast responses. shower hot. Now for the not so good..... We arrived and house smelled like major weed, and all weekend. There we no batteries in 2 main remotes. The smoke detector was not there just wires hanging down. Holes in the couches. Pool sticks were broken so couldnt play pool. Night stands were full of trash. Nothing was vacummed, chips all over living room floor. Our main bedroom window was open over night. There was one fork and one glass cup to use for our party of 6 so we had to go get silverwear. Yard was over grown.All our towels were stained or had holes. The sponge on the sink had food all in it. So gross. I sent host pics the day we got there. The area is very sketchy. A woman asked us for money when getting in our vehicle while pulling a suitcase. Another guy said hi while walking by with a shower curtain around his neck. Homeless was one block away and there were shrines at the end of the street. 5th ward was across the street. Ashes all over the pool table and coffee table in garage. pin ball machine did not work but pac man did. i let host know they needed new cleaning services and i msg about 8x and was never offered any compensation. we were all in awww. Would not stay again. stay at own risk. floors were sticky and table was too. they even asked us to come 30 min later after check in and we have no clue why. nothing was clean.

The place was pretty dirty, every bed had stained/dirty sheets, the kitchen cabinets weren’t cleaned or wiped down from the previous guests, the game room in the garage smelled like smoke which wasn’t an issue but almost everything displayed in the pictures that was in the game room was either broken/not working. The foosball table had broken rods, the pool table didn’t have any working sticks with tips, and one of the arcade machines didn’t run.Overall we planned for a quick, yet clean and fun experience while we were in town and when we brought these issues to the host, he asked us to send photos then proceeded with the fact that “I should’ve notified them sooner so the cleaners could get there.” Mind you we got off the road around 8:30 pm, so messaging the host to immediately complain about how poorly the place was cleaned was not ideal as soon as we got there.Overall not a good place to enjoy your off time due to these issues that could be easily fixed.

The host was very welcoming and attentive. From the first day I booked until after I was gone everything was great. The home is very spacious for a family and gives privacy with one bedroom and one bathroom on each floor. Although I didn’t use the game room it was pretty impressive with an area the kiddos or big kiddos could retreat to. It was well stocked with everything we needed for 4 days. I absolutely loved my stay. This home comfortably housed my family for Christmas. My favorite part was the space between the rooms, as everyone had their own area. The pictures truly represent the place! If I were to be picky, I would mention that the couches are a bit worn and the toilet near the kitchen had a plumbing issue. Other than those minor concerns, I would definitely come back.
