The first room I was given was a king one day and smelled like dog even though it says that there's no pets allowed it smells so horrible that I had to ask for a different room. When I asked the man changed me immediately two doors down to a room that smelled even worse so bad that I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep I told him don't worry about it and change my key back to the first room because I'm not going to be jumping from room to room just to find out that the next is worse and the next is worse so I left immediately and I stayed somewhere completely different and didn't even bother asking for the refund because I knew I wouldn't get it for like weeks because I went and paid with a gift card like an idiot. Didn't look nothing like the pictures I was not comfortable at all because of the smell and The Man behind the test said there's a zero pet policy in place to go get some rest somewhere else there is about six dogs in the parking lot being walked around and then there was a dog park behind the other hotel and to tell me that they're not pet friendly there, I wish I would have stayed at the Platinum where I've been staying for the last couple weeks very clean super awesome people.
