How all hell broke loose but the OMNI fixed it !

My stay was going great , nice veiw, hreat location. When i got up to my room i did a tour of course and everything was nice 🙃 until i reach the bathroom shower,it was a pubic hair staring right at me when i went o look at the soap 🧼 rack! I was discussed. I called to the dront desk ,they wanted to change my room,I had just driven 5 hours from Frisco. I just waited to change my room the first thing the next morning & took a shower! After another Thorough exam! Then they surprised me later that evening with a room credit to eat ! I was pleased, just reqlly wanted to talk to the cleaning crew n show them the pic I took ❤️!

Disappointing Stay for the Price

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering the price. The hotel feels outdated, and we encountered multiple issues during our stay. Bathroom Problems: Our bathtub was clogged from the start. Even after reporting it, nothing was done, so we had to shower with water filling up the tub — pretty gross. Poor Lighting: The bathroom lighting was so dim that it was nearly impossible to put makeup on properly. Inconvenient Outlets: There was only one working outlet between both beds, making it difficult for my husband, daughter, and I to charge our phones. The other outlet on the desk was completely non-functional. Dirty Pillow: The pillow smelled so dirty that I had to go out and buy a new one just to sleep comfortably. Toilet is very low to the ground, hard on the knees. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Nice quiet area. The pool area is nice. Bathrooms are dated. Staff was friendly. Towels and robe were mostly soft. Carpet had a thread bare area but room was mostly clean.

Great Stay at the Omni Houston

The Omni is a great place to stay in Houston. It is centrally located in the Galleria area. The prices are reasonable. And the level of service is fantastic. Everyone is so helpful.
