It’s cute and modern but does not have ice machines and would have to go downstairs several times while “pregaming” to get some, they do not have room service. Area is too noisy (understandably, being downtown) but even after bars were closed, inside the hotel you could hear everything from street, adjacent rooms and hallway.

Don’t stay here if you’re a normal human.

Do not stay here if you are into nice staff, valet that works, parking overall. Don't get me wrong, it’s a cool hotel the rooms with the city view are cool. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country. I would never stay here again. It’s a very cool idea. Close to a ton of bars so maybe that’s the whole point. But as an avid trip taker this hotel was over rated. Bed was comfy tho. AC worked great. If I had known when I booked it where it was and what it was around I wouldn’t have wasted my time. But yeah staff overall very low iq to cool for school and just cocky. That was the worst part of this place.

The staff was kind and polite and accommodating. We arrived early and they tried to get us into our rooms asap before the 3 pm check in time. The construction in front of the hotel was frustrating.

The staff were superb in every way. They were accommodating, genuinely nice and easy to check in and out of. The location is great for people who want to be in the middle of all the local bars and restaurants in one location. However, the weekend music from nearby bars and restaurants will keep you up all night if you’re not expecting it. Thicker windows would help in keeping more of the street noise out.

The place is pretty cool, but once you step outside the doors reality sets in where you are at. The “valet” was on the side of the street (with another building unit in between) where homeless people are yelling and walking around. The party scene is right below you so the noise of the club below blared until 2 am. I Doordashed food and had to wait by the valet area where a homeless man came and grabbed my butt and leaned his body against my back. No one did anything about it, while the valet boys just laughed. It was absolutely disgusting and then to charge $60 a night for valet (after taxes) is terrible. Even though the hotel was cool, everything else clouds that experience and I will never go back. Just beware.
