There are fast food restaurants within quick driving distance. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. The house is clean. The garbage disposal didn't work, but we didn't know until the last night of our stay. We were notified one day prior to check in that we would not be able to use the entire 2 car garage because they were using one side for storage during redecorating. I responded back saying we had not been made aware of that fact and that we needed both spaces in the garage to keep our vehicles safe (downtown Houston isn't the safest place). They simply responded back and said we could park on the street (but failed to say that there is a ditch that's at least 2 feet deep making it impossible to access one side of the vehicle when parked there) or we could use a nearby paid parking lot/garage. Other than that, the hosts were very responsive and gracious.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my birthday at this beautiful home. The comfy beds and great amenities like the pool table and rooftop lounge made it special. Issues encountered were resolved quickly. The checkout time felt tight given the cleaning tasks. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would consider returning!
