Room was clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. Parking was great and I was happy it was gated. We were over charged though for the pet fee. On the website it said it was $25 per accommodation per night. We had two dogs and they took $103 for one night. When asked they said it was $25 per pet per night. Still didn’t clarify why the took the extra $53. She said she didn’t see the charge on the account. If it is still there in a few days I will just despute it with my bank. These hotels need to make sure the information on here is correct. I don’t expect hotels.com to check with every hotel they have on here.

We picked it because of electric car charging level 2. You need a Tesla adapter for a non Tesla vehicle and a membership to pay. Room was really clean the hotel was super clean, the room did smell like dog probably the carpet. We were moving and had a filter with us and it took care of the entire room luckily. Loved the secured parking and needing a room key to access it. Felt very safe!

The overall appearance is nice when you come but please note some rooms are infested with roaches and I mean infested. I have pictures and videos of them just all over the place. I barely slept the first night because of this. Then when I told staff at the front desk they did move my room but was very nonchalant and didn’t offer an apology or anything. Most of the staff if you say Good Morning or Good evening didn’t acknowledge me or say anything back.
