Wifi didn't work. When I tried to get help from Reception, they pretended the problem was my phone. So I did what they told me to fix it, still had no WiFi throughout my stay. They don't accept credit cards to buy items from the pantry. They charge a one hundred dollars deposit for 'incidentals'. Finally, the hotel is directly under the path of aircraft landing at IAH, noise is very loud in the rooms well into the night

Avoid if possible

No room service or clean towels for 3 days. Hot water was scolding no water pressure for cold water. Stained dirty bedding. Shuttle bus driver drove like a maniac. No staff at the front desk most of the time.

Late flight arrival, easy check in, clean room. Shuttle service back to airport in the morning easy, just have to sign up for a time ahead of time, try calling a day or two before as limited seating in shuttle.
