Nice for the price, next to 24 hour restaurant.

Nice room for the price. $100 on a weekday in February. Didn’t have the breakfast, airport shuttle was at 5am. They run once and hour. So if you have to be to the airport before 830 it would be hard to get the shuttle and breakfast. Overall nice stay. 9/10 for me. I have low standards, but clean room and nice bathroom.

The taps were put on backeards but only in some rooms so if you turned on the cold water it was hot. They do have laundry machines but will not give change to ise them and wede not helpful on where to go and get change. The hotel was clean and quiet though.

No manager that answers the phone for issues.

This property "accidentally" canceled our reservation after being there only 1 night, when we had a 2 night stay. They couldn't even get the manager on the phone, but I was welcome to purchase another night to stay, which was twice what I had already paid for my room that they took away. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch in the lobby and I stayed up all night to be sure our stuff was safe in the lobby. It wasn't until after 1am that they figured out what had happened was indeed their fault. We had to leave in a few hours for the airport by then. There needs to be a manager on call that actually answers the phone. No excuse for this when we could prove it was a 2 night stay and that we didn't check out in person Saturday morning at the tine they said because we'd already left for the day before then.

This place is designed for business travellers. Breakfast, while complimentary, is minimal and only available until 9. There is a good set of tables inside and outside in the foyer. Basic coffee making available in room (no tea).

Here's a revised version of your text: The manager threatened to call the police on a guest who was merely trying to report a broken window in his room. This guest had small children, and the broken window posed a safety hazard. Unfortunately, the staff dismissed his concerns. When he attempted to document the issue, expressing his desire to ensure he wouldn't be held liable for the damage, he was met with indifference. In my own experience, I encountered loud construction noise despite specifically inquiring about the potential for noise in the first-floor room I was assigned. The front desk assured me it would be quiet, but that was far from the truth; they were remodeling the entire neighboring room, severely disrupting my ability to rest. Additionally, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle service, but in reality, the shuttle is quite limited. Many guests, including myself, had to arrange for an Uber instead. The front desk staff displayed poor leadership qualities, being rude, curt, and condescending. They even used profanity while speaking among their peers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay here again.

We had an early morning flight and it had been snowing so we decided to spend the night at the airport. Good location and they served breakfast. My friend left her Apple Watch in the room and the hotel called to let us know they have it. Good hotel and location. I will stay there again.
