From waiting an hour for the shuttle at the airport that was promised in 15 minutes. To getting to the hotel and not being given the room that we were paying for. It has been a nightmare. We got to the hotel with two teenage boys and infant and a three-year-old and booked a king suite so the bedroom would be separate for breast-feeding. We get up to the room and it is a regular room so I go down to request the room that we had originally purchased. They told us that it was not available because the AC was broken. When I asked how come they didn’t tell us that the room was unavailable at 10:30 AM when I booked the room, there was no answer. They sent us to the King suite and said that the AC was fixed, but it was not. So now we had to lug everything back downstairs and argue for them to accommodate us. They sent us to room that had a dead roach in it. Then, we set up the shuttle to go back to the airport because we were so worried since the shuttle took so long; despite only being 10 minutes from the airport. They assured us that we were the only ride at 7 AM because of the size of our party and the amount of luggage that we had and their vehicle only being a minivan and not a sprinter or a larger shuttle. Needless to say when we wake up and we’re downstairs with our luggage at 7 AM they cannot fit us because they booked somebody else into the shuttle as well. Not the best experience and definitely wasted hours of our time.

This hotel is extremely run down. It was so dodgy it was clear my door had been pried open before (big gap like a pry bar had been used). Super gross elevator with graffiti and the layout of the hotel is bizarre if you are not on the 1st floor you have to pass all the rooms to get to the elevator at the end, then walk back the opposite direction to get you your room. This is a 1star hotel at best. Nothing is walkable, had to get Uber eats.loud plane noise. Save yourself the headache and don't stay here or in this area. Stay in humble instead.
