The first day checked in we had to wait half an hour because no body at front desk after we checked in the ac very noisy and we asked the front desk to change room she didn’t want to help so we had to call Hyatt corp. then switched to different rooon which was very dirty.

I didn’t have hot water for 2 out of 3 days of my stay. Cable TV was intermittent. Hotel was partially renovated but there were a lot of things that still need to be replaced(doors and mirrors mainly). Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well so I could get work done.

I was very disappointed in the transportation to the airport. I advised staff of my flight and airport. The shuttle driver took me to IAH instead of hobby and caused me to miss my flight. Totally disappointed

It was only a one night stay, but I did not feel safe at all. The way people were just sitting in the front of the hotel hanging out. They looked like they were up to no good. Therefore I had a sleepless night worrying if my car would be there in the morning.
