We stay here regularly for my trips to the medical center, the rooms are always clean, the staff kind, and they send a free hot breakfast. The shuttle service is definitely understaffed so that is the biggest downfall, if you have to go back & forth often I would stay at the Rotary House instead (but you’ll have to sacrifice some awesome amenities).

Room was comfortable, staff friendly. We ended up with a handy cape room which we did not need. Showering without get the bathroom floor wet a challenge. Had to ask for more toilet paper, only had half roll on holder. Husband was doing colon prep. But alls good

Front desk gave a key card for our room to another guest. If the brace was not on the door they would have entered the room. Called desk unapologetic and tried to laugh it off. Spend your money elsewhere.
