You asked me about check in experience and it was great, they had a wheelchair for my wife after surgery in the nearby medical center. BUT, in the morning the panoramic huge window curtain wouldn’t stay open….no panoramic premium paid for view was available! When checking out, the desk man hardly looked up when told about the problem. No reply, I was surprised…told him maybe they should reduce our room rate.
This is how to manually hold the window shade open, with the cord.

Excellent personnel/staff, kind, helpful;breakfast and tea and coffee options, from continental eggs meat, tacos, waffles, to healthy various fruits banana oranges berries of different kind, oatmeal yoghurt, fabulous swimming pool with area for various tastes from lounge to tables and chairs, hot tub, spacious clean rooms can adjust temperature and airconditioning, great shower; very very good atmoshere, ambiance, and clients easily feel at home.
