We had a wonderfu stay. the staff was friendly and helpful. The conveneince of the laundry and restaurant were an added bonus. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Having a full-size refridgerater and kitchen dishes and utensils goat us through our week-long stay.

The room was in relatively good condition. The bed was a bit too stiff. But I was able to get foam pillows. I did not care for the pet-friendly environment. There was dog feces and urine on the elevator floor with a foul smell. The conditions, in my opinion, were unsafe and unsanitary. I visited this hotel twice within a five-day period and there was only one elevator working the whole time. The single elevator was filled constantly with long wait periods. I observed people with injuries, on wheelchairs, on crutches, waiting for long periods. Most likely, these folks had medical appointments or commitments. Some people were forced to take the stairs from the upper floors to make it to their appointments.

Our stay was fantastic. Housekeeping does an exceptional job. The amenities were awesome. The front desk staff friendly and accommodating and inquired frequently about our needs. The breakfast was more than we expected and satisfied all our picky eaters. The only negative (which is why no 5 star) is that during our stay only 1 of 3 elevators was working. It is a 10 story hotel and the wait to go up or down was very long. In talking to others who stay there frequently and for longer periods of time, this is a common occurrence. Overall the stay was very nice and easy to get to. Will stay here again on next visit.
