Staff was friendly , I enjoyed my stay. Property was kept clean . I booked my stay and after paying I realized I put the wrong dates , so i rebooked with the correct dates it was an honest mistake . I was denied a refund , asked if i could change the dates I was told yes but with a penalty of 297$ the full price of the room . I feel like nobody wants to help me as a paying customer . All parties are at fault , I just think I should’ve been helped finding a resolution
