The escalators were not working so we had to carry our suitcases up a level and the people that were staying close by us were loud all weekend walls are very thin. I would not stay at this hotel again.

When I checked in, my room wasn’t clean. It still had stuff from the previous guests in it. I went back down and informed the front desk. They quickly changed and upgraded my room. The stay was quiet and rooms were very nice! I will be back.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but the amenities are a bit old (only 4 or 5 channels available on the TV). One of the breakfast servers apparently didn't want to be nice to us so make sure you got your breakfast coupon ready if you bought yours online if you don't want to get scolded by her.
