My husband and I were issued a parking ticket from the kiosk before the gate opened and we parked in the garage. When we check in, the front desk receptionist gave us a parking pass and told us not to use the pass issued from the kiosk and not to worry about parking. The stay was fine, but I checked my banking app and was charged $24.99 for parking. I called the hotel several times only to be transferred to a voicemail and never received a call back. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and receive a refund. Be careful with this hotel!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice. I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and their daily happy hour. It was an easy location to get to. I will be staying again.
