We stayed 5 nights. We thought the staff were nice and friendly. The property is old but situated in a very accessible area. The parking is $25 per day. I think it is expensive. My room was clean. However, housekeeping was inconsistent. There was a day we had no bath mat or face towels. There was a day when there were no body soap ( it was already low to begin with). There was a day the housestaff came late (aound 4pm?) that we returned back tired so we declined the service. My room shower was cold sometimes so we were always concerned whether we'd get a hot shower in the evenings or not.

We had a decent stay overall. When we first entered the room, the AC wasn’t very cold, but it gradually improved over time. The cable also wasn’t working initially due to a weak signal, but after a couple of hours, it finally connected. Check-in was handled by a very friendly clerk, although we did have to wait for our room to become available. Thankfully, the staff texted us once it was ready. When we returned to pick up our keys, the same cheerful receptionist was there, but this time she was accompanied by another staff member. Unfortunately, the new person told her to “tone it down” and be more professional, which seemed to dampen her positive energy. Despite that awkward moment, the hotel was quiet and convenient for a short stay. We weren’t disturbed by anyone and everything else went smoothly.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. I especially appreciated the modern amenities, soft bedding, and quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind. The location was perfect too, close to restaurants and shops. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and convenience really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel experience.

When I booked my hotel reservation a couple of months ago, I requested a room with 2 beds. On my way to the hotel, I called to inquire about early check-in. When I arrived an hour early, I was able to get my room key, but I don't recall the lady at the front desk telling me how many beds I was going to have. I was traveling with a friend, and separate beds were ideal. It's my fault for not going to my room first and checking it over. I was headed to the Pantera/Metallica concert, and I wanted to eat first and then head over to NRG. It was after I got to the hotel and we were in the room when I noticed it was only 1 bed. It was midnight when we got into the room, and I was exhausted from driving all day from Ft. Worth to Houston. Then there were 6.5 hours at the concert. So, I was in no mood to call down to the desk and complain. I just wanted to sleep. The bed was really comfortable. The room was very clean. Great water pressure. Parking in the parking garage was $25, so it wasn't bad. I just spent the night fighting for covers and with someone who farted all night. (Hence why I wanted separate beds!)

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Price wise it was a good deal but that’s about where the good stopped. The breakfast buffet had mushy watery eggs, no milk out and half cooked bacon. The waitress really could have used some help so assuming they were short staffed. Then the parking garage gates had issues to where we had to use the help button to be able to exit. We likely won’t be back.
