Everything was just lovely! So many extra little things provided. Condo was also very cozy and comfortable!!!!We both slept great and had a very relaxing stay. We didn't cook or anything, we were visiting with friends and left the next morning to meet other friends for lunch. Communication was excellent. I would stay there again for convenience, price and overall excellent rental!

The location was perfect for our trip to Houston; we spent a lot of time in the museum district. I appreciated the gated parking. The hosts thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The condo is on a well-travelled street, so there was some street noise. It didn’t bother my wife and kids. I’m a light sleeper and they definitely helped me.

It was so filthy, the host was very unpleasant. The night we got there the elevator worked but never worked again. My sister hurt her back taking her luggage down three flights. It didn’t get fixed the 6 days we stayed. I could go on and on but it was awful. I would not recommend this place.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Host was awesome!!! Quickly responded to all of my questions. Large living area, bedrooms and patio made it very comfortable. Clear check in/out procedures and condo guidelines made entire process very easy. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

My family stayed here for it's proximity to Rice. It's really convenient to the school with plenty of restaurants in the area. The condo is really clean and well furnished. The microwave failed during our stay and the manager promptly brought in a microwave for the stay.

This property was in an excellent location. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. The only criticism: kitchen could be better equipped (mixing bowls, towels, basic seasonings, etc). Bath towels so tiny and thin and we ran out of toilet paper (4 adult women). I hope to stay at this property again....I'll just come with a few of my own supplies just in case.
