Host did not communicate with me at all until I contacted VRBO directly letting them know I had not received any check in info from my host. It was only after they contacted the host did I get my instructions. Instructions were vague and required that I download another app that provided me access to all entry points of the building as well as the apartment. But I had trouble logging into that as well. Luckily, the host was being responsive at that point. After entering the apartment we noticed there were no chairs for us to even sit at the kitchen counter. Furnishings were a bare minimum. There was no welcome info I had to reach out to the host again for wifi only to get a short - yeah it's in the apartment, no password info, etc. The apartment was nice enough for our 2 night stay, but I would not recommend this place to my friends/family.

The apartment was spacious and nice. However, communication was extremely delayed and I had to call support to assist multiple times. Also, it was not very clean with food and hair found on the floor from previous stays. There were also limited dishware.
