Homeless outside the hotel made us feel uncomfortable, the room and sheets had a bad moldy smell, the AC/heater and the fridge had such a loud noise, kept waking us up all night. We had reserve for two night, but the condition of the hotel was so bad, we left after one night.

NEARLY A FIVE

The customer service was superb, however the bathroom sink had hair and a dirty ring in the bottom!! The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. So, overall a 4 star.

The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. Impressed by how quiet it was compared to most hotels except for the man that was screaming "open the door" in the room next to us around midnight in the hallway. Once he was in, it was quiet. No fault of the hotel, of course. Good job, Best Western!
