After I checked out, there was a $79.48 charge on my Visa card. After numerous phone calls to rectify this charge, they agreed to refund said money, but as off Dec. 30, still no action. In my opinion, it was a deliberate dishonest transaction. Never again will I use Best Western at Humble, Texas.

The staff was very nice and helpful but warned us that the elevator is not reliable and it was a risk too use it as we could get stuck. Offered to carry our bags, but we had to carry them down the stairs to avoid getting stuck at 4am on our way to the airport. Room was clean but looking old and the pillows were terrible.

The staff is nice. The suite had a sofa bed but no bedding. Easy fix. We went downstairs and got bedding. We did not come down for breakfast so don’t know the food options. But nice stay for one night
