The place was very clean and nicely updated, bed are very comfortable and 10-15 minute drive to MD Anderson depending on traffic. The only thing I wish it had curtains on the windows, bedrooms had a lot of light on them at night and during the day had glare on TV in living room, needs a lamp in living room at night(this personal preference don’t like overhead lighting). My husband would like TV in bedroom did not bother me. The host was very responsive when I texted her. It was usually cold the days we where there need a space heater and she brought one right over.

My stay here was amazing! The house was spotless and so beautifully put together every little detail felt intentional. It had such a cozy, homey vibe that made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Everything was set up perfectly and the space was exactly what I hoped for. I truly appreciated the warmth and care that went into making this place feel like home away from home. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the bottom half of the house. It was clean & stocked with everything we needed for our weekend get away! Weather was bad, lost power but the host was kind enough to offer us a small reimbursement as we did have to get a hotel 1 night just beside of Texas heat we couldn’t go without AC! All in all this place is great, the gate made us feel safe & the host was wonderful. Easy check in and check out process.

Relaxing stay

The family and I were there for a week, and loved it. The host was very accommodating, even checked in on us while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and really close to downtown. Next time we stay in Huston I hope this property is available.

Simple quiet home

The downstairs duplex was located in a diverse neighborhood of Houston in a convenient part of town. The parking felt safe behind the house behind gates. We liked the cleanliness of the home overall but felt it needed some upkeep in terms of mattress (one was super sunken in the middle) and one bedroom AC that did not work. It was nice that they had a washer and dryer.

Property was exactly as listed. We stayed in the downstairs section of the property and entered through the back door. I would suggest allowing downstairs guests to use the front door for retrieving door dash/Urber eats delivery. It was very difficult to get drivers to come around back in the dark.

Great place Will repeat!

Communication Was very easy and very prompt. The place was very clean, even though we never use the kitchen. It was very nice. Plenty of sheets and blankets for a cold person like myself. It was close to many places to eat and but we mostly order in. I will deff book this place again for all my travels to this part of Texas!

My friend and I came down to hang out for the weekend and stayed at this lovely property. It had everything we needed including gated parking. Angelina was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston.

Overall property was a nice place to stay. The surrounding neighbourhood is being regentrified so there was lots of construction going on and often piles of garbage left on the curbs. The suite itself was nice and clean. We did have some issues getting the A/C units to regulate resulting in some extreme temperatures. The host was quick to respond to messages. All and all would stay again.

Cozy, Convenient and Well priced

My teenage son and I stayed here for the World Robotics competition held at the convention center. It was a 6-8 minute drive to a parking lot that was a 5 minute walk - most parents paid 2-6 times what we did to get there in the same amount of time. We also spent a day at the Natural Science museum and it was a quick drive there as well. Although we were away most of the day, it was a lovely place to come back to in the evening and we always felt safe - even on late nights after 9 or 10. Plenty of hot water (we both take long showers) and having separately controlled AC in all of the rooms was lovely. Angelina was a great host! My son asked if we could stay here again next year.
