The hotel was just ok. The elevator was not working which was a problem for me especially because I had Ubers waiting for me. They need to get the elevator fixed and there was no attempt made to do so.

The elevator was under construction so the wait for one was so long. There were no baggage carts available that didn’t help with there only being one elevator. My room has a continuous noise that sounded just like a mouse. The staff was great super friendly, polite and helpful.

As always, our experience at Aloft Houston Downtown was pleasant overall, and we appreciate the warm hospitality your team consistently provides. However, I did want to mention that during this particular stay, we encountered an issue with excessive noise outside our room, which unfortunately made it difficult for us to rest. Despite our efforts to relax, the noise repeatedly woke us up throughout the night. We understand that some situations may be beyond your control, but I wanted to share this feedback so it can be taken into consideration. The hotel staff did not clean the room nor did they leave any fresh towels. When I asked for fresh towels I was told that I needed to come down to the lobby to retrieve them Also one of the elevators was not working so it would take a good 20 minutes to get to and from the room. The hotel itself was nice but definitely the staff knee training and customer
