Great home to stay in

We enjoyed staying in this home. It had plenty of room for our 2 families and the kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. Home was clean and well appointed.

Could not have been better

The townhouse is really luxurious. Large master bedroom with master bath. Loved soaking in the Jacuzzi. The neighborhood is quiet, and stores and restaurants are close-by. The host was very accommodating and replied promptly to the two questions I sent him. In closing, I highly recommend this property and plan to stay there during my next trip to Houston.

Family Visit

Rented for the month, owner very attentive. Something breaks, he was over to fix. Great location.... restaurants, bars, shopping. Great access for bike riding and walking.

Great neighborhood. Walk to Target & Restaurants. Easy access to Med Center(10-15min) Two car garage and quad bunkroom on ground floor. Living area & Kitchen on 2nd floor & Two third floor bedrooms. Lot of stairs.

Great neighborhood and nice property overall but bunk bedroom not suitable for adults

The home was very clean and kitchen had everything you need. Master bath was awesome and plenty of closet space through home. In a great neighborhood with everything needed and more nearby. Location is very central making getting around Houston easy. Plenty of bathrooms conveniently located on all 3 floors. Balconies off both queen and king bedrooms were great! Trent responded quickly to any questions. Stayed in the home for 28 nights. The downstairs bedroom off the garage was not suitable for any adults to stay in for any extended stay. The bedroom has no door for privacy, just a staircase leading to the middle floor. The laundry room is on the same 1st floor off the bunk bedroom as well. The bathroom door for this bedroom also did not close at all. Unfortunately had to book a hotel for 28 nights for the coworker that was intended to stay in the bunk room due to a total lack of privacy; a large unplanned additional expense. The listing did not disclose the lack of privacy which was disappointing. The door to the small balcony off this room outside to the back patio would not open due to a faulty deadbolt. Light was also out overhead so this room could not even be used as an office during the stay. The only bedroom with a TV was the king master bedroom. Would be a great home for 2 couples and kids for the bunk room but just did not work for our groups intended use for a month stay with coworkers. Lovely property overall though!

The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants, so close you can walk if needed. The street can be busy at rush hour. Trent was very responsive to requests and scheduling needs. Overall the townhouse is nice although a few items need some upkeep.

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious Townhouse!

My family and I LOVED our stay. Mr. Trent made it feel like we were home without being home. Clean towels and sheets. The place was more than we expected. I'd recommend this property to anyone. Mr. Trent was very professional and his hospitality was greatly appreciated.
