Bonne localisation du chalet. Confortable et conforme au descriptif. TrÚs bon accueil de la propriétaire. Le seul bémol est le vis à vis, manque d intimité lorsque l on est sur la terrasse.

TrĂšs bon accueil de la part de la propriĂ©taire, emplacement propice au calme, la propriĂ©taire a acceptĂ© que l’on passe des vacances avec notre chien. Plage Ă  proximitĂ© oĂč ceux-ci sont acceptĂ©s. Le seul bĂ©maule est la propretĂ© du logement qui est lĂ©gĂšrement Ă  revoir

Das HĂ€uschen hat alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf. Kleine KĂŒchenzeile, bad und sep. WC, waschmaschine schöne terrasse und eingezĂ€unter Garten. Leider kein Wlan, was allerdings in der anzeige auch nicht aufgefĂŒhrt wird, meiner meinung nach aber nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ ist. Wir waren im Juni dort, daher vermute ich, dass wir die ersten gĂ€ste der Saison waren. Das haus hat sehr modrig gerochen und war innen und außen mit zahlreichen spinnennetzen bewohnt. In einem schlafzimmer zĂ€hlten wir 8 spinnen. Hier hĂ€tte man gerne vorab lĂŒften und putzen können. Ansonsten ist die Lage okay. Zum See sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und an den strand Hourtin plage ca. 20 autominuten entfernt. ParkplĂ€tze quasi direkt vor der tĂŒr. Das haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen platz, wo gerne Boul bespielt wird und auch so laufen stĂ€ndig leute vorbei. Wer also einen Wachhund mitbringt oder doch eher seine ruhe haben will, ist hier fehl am platz. Jedoch sehr nette und hilfbereite Dauerbewohner als nachbarn. Umgebung toll.
