Premiere experience avec Abritel et cela me suffit déjà. Logement réservé la veille pour le lendemain. Arrivés sur le lieu, le propriétaire/ gestionaire nous fait comprendre qu'il est complet depuis plus de trois et que ce n'est pas possible que nous ayons pu réserver. Pourtant nous avons le mail de confirmation de la reservation. Suite a ceci, je joins le SAV Abritel qui au final me dit que la seule chose qu'il puisse faire pour nous c'est nous rembourser. Après la journée de voyage, la fatigue, arrivée a 21h il fallait se débrouiller nous même à trouver un autre logement. On aurait pu s'attendre a ce qu'Abritel propose de nous reloger par exemple

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans la Maison Agnèz du 31 décembre au 1er janvier, suite à l'indisponibilité de l'appartement initialement réservé. Monsieur Léo était chaleureux et arrangeant, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la cuisine, bien équipée, du salon et des chambres spacieuses. Le tout étant proche de la mer, très sympa pour les balades. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre réactivité, et à bientôt j'espere !

Bon Sejour dans l ensemble

A part la confusion de l apart que j ai louer sur photos et ceului que j ai u plus petit .les aparts sont propres et près du centre et de la plage et les gens sur place sont sympa belle villa ancienne bon sejour
