The rooms were clean, and the view of the city and scenery were amazing to wake up to! Staff were friendly and attentive to answer questions! Big perk to have an indoor walking option from the hotel to the convention center!

Hope ( I should have gotten her last name but I did not) but she was the host at the front desk whom checked us in and she was excellent. She was kind efficient and just wonderful to work with. Her attention to customer service was exemplary. The hotel was clean and we had a great stay.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were absolutely amazing ESPECIALLY the valet group!!! It was freezing during my travels but the valet guys never missed a beat. Check in/out was quick and easy. Will be a returning customer if my travels bring me back to Hot Springs.

When we initially booked the hotel website showed there was complimentary parking and breakfast included. However upon arrival we were told it was $12 a day to park in the parking garage or $20 for valet. Breakfast was also going to be an additional charge of $15 per adult and $10 for kids. The room itself was clean for the most part but the shower/ bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. For the price I expected at least the breakfast to be included . We have stayed at nicer places for cheaper and all of the above was included.
