Overall the room was clean and LOVE hotel rooms with tile or hardwood floors as opposed to carpet. Only two complaints, bathroom could have been a little cleaner and had more towels (only 2 big towels and two had towels-no wash cloths in a 4 person room). Also, the door handle was next to impossible to get open. We made it work but were too busy coming and going to wait on maintenance

A couple of things i didn't like. The shower needed updating. There was rust around the door and trim. There was also no vent in the bathroom, we looked everywhere. Thought by law it was required. We stayed in room 1012. I wanted a bottle water to take to my room, but the clerk said it was $5. I thought they should give us one complimentary. Other than those things it was clean and in a great location. Beds were really comfortable.

The staff is so nice but the rooms were dirty. The floors were not clean and it doesn’t seem like they dust the room, a lot of the corners were very dirty. The location was good and the valet guy was awesome.

Great place to stay.

Comfortable clean and convenient place to stay with easy access to downtown for the national park. Breakfast buffet included was delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. No parking on site but it’s only a short walk away.

Great stay with minor caveats

Great choice in Hot Springs. Check in was a breeze, front desk was helpful, rooms are spacious, modern and include fridge and microwave. Views from the rooms are also nice. We love a good free breakfast; today’s included scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, cereal assortment, oatmeal, packaged muffins and fruit, a variety of juices, coffee and hot cocoa. Great way to save money when you’re traveling with a large family. The shuttle takes you to and from Magic Springs, which is very convenient. A couple of cons to balance things out: the shower is questionable—you step up into and down out of it and the floors are slick. Yes, I fell hard. The beds are mid-comfort, rooms aren’t incredibly sound proof and blackout curtains don’t close all the way. All things being considered, we’ll continue staying here for our Magic Springs trips!

Shower was not clean, no grip bars or washcloth bars in shower. No towel bars in bathroom. A/C unit old, loud. TV remote would not power on/off TV. Had to do so by locating switch underneath the TV. No variety at breakfast. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
