The stay was great, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were super attentive. I had a problem with the room door, we couldn't get into the room when we arrived around 10pm and no key could open, all the employees were very attentive, found a way to get our things out of the room and made a point of relocating us to another room. I definitely know where I'll stay again when I return to Hot Springs.

It’s no fault of the hotel, but of stay was not so great due to the people in the room adjacent to ours slamming their door several times at 1230 am. Otherwise; the room was nice, and the free breakfast was very good. It’s also super convenient for getting to the convention center.
