My fiancé and I stayed a night here to go to Oaklawn Casino. It was very humid in the building and even in our room (despite running the A/C unit). The hotel’s internet & billing system was down so check-in took longer than expected. Other than that, the stay was positive. The hotel valet staff shuttled us to the casino, breakfast was great, and we enjoyed our room’s view from the 13th floor.

A great stay! James was a terrific asset to the property! Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Room felt secure, safe and clean. Loved the fact there is no carpet and minimal fibers in the room.

Didn’t get to stay because two crackheads were fighting outside of their rooms. Hotel could not refund the booking because it was done through hotels.com. Might of toughed it out if one wouldn’t have yelled I’m going to unalive you and ran into his room. I didn’t wait around to see how serious he was about the threat. Front desk couldn’t preform a refund

We were on a family vacation and stayed at hotels Memphis, Nashville and Hot Springs. This hotel in Hot Springs, even though it was older than the others, was by far the nicest: clean, nice view, nothing was broken, staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here next time we are in Hot Springs!

Wonderful family weekend! Three rooms on 10 floor overlooking Downtown Hot Springs. The staff was very professional and the cleanliness of hotel rooms excellent. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and our second time staying at the hotel. Plan to visit again soon. Location is excellent to downtown. Wonderful locally owned shops and great restaurants.
