The room was a corner room on 13th floor great room great view they did everything we asked and more Bridget at front desk was great did great job getting us checked in and getting help for luggage and parking for our three days there One little hiccup ginger a bar server was rude to one of the people sitting with us sat night outside in the bar area just wanted you to know a great place to stay as everything was within walking distance and if not shuttle could take us and pick us up we would stay there again

The property failed to provide the king room we paid for, explaining that because we used Expedia to book, they were not obligated to resolve the matter. They felt that putting us in a room with two full-size beds (which they insisted were queen-size) was a satisfactory resolution. When we complained that the room had had dirt ON THE BEDSPREADS, the staff moved us to a room with a single full-size bed (which they again mistakenly called a queen.) When asked if we could expect a reduced room rate due to the smaller bed, they told me to “take it up with Expedia”.

All the staff were so helpful and super nice. Valet parking was alittle bit of a hassle to get my car but they were very quick when they did go get it.. Maybe not staffed enough for the demand..

Small so elevators were easy. Next door to the Convention Center and not as pricy as 2 other hotels nearby. STAFF was SUPER - friendly, helpful Nice little lobby area and nice outdoor space to enjoy food. Have stayed here at least 6 times and never once a problem.

Definitely could be better

Staff was not exceptionally knowledgeable about the area. The complementary breakfast was not good at all and repetitive for days. Scrambled eggs, browned potatoes and onions, sausage links and then a mixture combination of the aforementioned. Like a "casserole". Coffee and juice were good as well as the dried cereal and milk. There is no swimming pool, gym or laundry facilities. The price per night should be more like a Motel 6.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus drivers were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is older but nice. I liked our room having no carpet. Location was near everything - easily walkable.
