This was my second stay at The Happy Hollow, and unfortunately, a few things didn’t quite meet the high standard set during my previous visit.
First, an issue outside the hotel’s control: our neighbors returned late from their night out and continued socializing loudly outside the rooms. Although they quieted down when asked, the noise level rose again and the gathering lasted until about 12:15am.
Second, the room cleanliness was below expectations. While I understand the presence of ladybugs due to the building’s location, finding both live and dead ones was less than ideal. More concerning were the previous guest’s leftovers in the fridge and mold growing in the shower. A more thorough cleaning between guests would greatly improve the experience.
