Room initially had wet carpet. Staff was accommodating in rectifying the problem, but it wasn't a good start. My main complaint was with breakfast. Breakfast started at 7:30. Was fine then when my husband and I ate. When my kids got there an hour later, half the options were gone. And were never replenished. I expect that if you come 15 minutes before the close. Not an hour in... that's unacceptable.

The front desk service was bad. The front desk manager was not helpful and didn’t even want to talk with customers. The room needs more cleaning attention. My family always chooses this hotel for our stay during holidays. We were disappointed this time.

The couch was worn , uncomfortable. The bed as well. The toilet seat was broken. There was no iron for use and when we called to get an iron no one answered the front desk or housekeeping’s phones. We walk down to find someone and they say they will send one up. It never showed. We walk back down and they look for one this time to only tell us they don’t have one.

Every aspect was excellent until the morning of checkout the front desk informed me check out is 12 noon I put I put do not disturb because my wife is really suffering from a severe back problem and she need a lot of time to prepare so at 1050 am a house keeper knocked on the door saying it’s time to check out I informed her that last night after checking in the young the young who was very nice and knowledgeable about the hot springs which we did visit said check out is noon well the house keeper said it’s 11:00 am I said we will be leaving as soon as my wife finishes we will leave I must say she had a very NASTY attitude with me about the check out time so by not causing a problem we were out the the room at 11:15 am we will always stay at stay bridge hotel and auites

Too many people and not enough tables at breakfast. The food was also not great. Only having ONE elevator is ridiculous being you have 4 floors with ~20 rooms on each floor. Beds are not comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The only negatives were that we had to plunge the toilet ourselves when we first got there, even though we hadn't used it yet. The knob on the shower was broken. The beds weren't that comfortable either but there were a lot of choices for breakfast. Overall it was good.
