Beautiful property, quiet, everything in cottage supplied i.e coffee, water, kitchen stuff, bathroom toiletries. Fire pit was ready to go but we didn’t get the chance to use. Close to all we wanted to do in Hot Springs. Janet and Bob were excellent hosts. Bed was comfortable. We wanted a quiet place with an excellent lake view and this was perfect!!

We enjoyed sitting out looking at the beautiful view from the swing. It was a special touch to have food available for us when we got there. Everything was nice and clean and the host was friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Bob and Jan are incredibly accommodating and kind, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. We've stayed in other lakeside homes in the neighborhood, but this one is truly in nature and secluded, and it has the most breathtaking views from both upstairs and downstairs. You are literally 13-15 minutes away from anything you could need or want, which made the trip extremely convenient. We read the guest book and left a few recommendations listed in their as well.

Beautiful property with a stunning lake view in a good location! Janet and Bob are the sweetest. Kitchen was stocked well and breakfast was provided for the first day. Abundance of wildlife can be seen just sitting outside relaxing in the evening. Definitely will be back.

Lots of little extras by the host made our stay extra relaxing. Quiet, well-stocked, comfortable place. Watch out for chiggars.Highly recommend!!

Lakefront Serenity

This private cottage was a little slice of heaven for our weekend stay. Quiet and relaxing and just 15 minutes away from downtown Hot Springs. Every day after exploring, we were excited to come back to this home away from home. Janet and Bob have created such an amazing place-we can’t wait to return!

Jan and Bob were amazing host. The house and property were well kept and very beautiful. We had the best time celebrating our engagement. It was very peaceful and enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was just what we were looking for quality time together.
