Place was very nice and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood and very short drive to pretty much anything there is to do. Owners were very responsive if there was anything we needed.

Pleasant duplex

This duplex was really cute and affordable. It isn't a far drive to places of interest. The property owner was very responsive to questions I had. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Hot Springs.

Nice clean little property

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, absolutely zero complaints. If I'm being picky - there was very little soundproofing between the two units and I could hear the neighbors' conversations. But no worse than any apartment I've lived in, and it's totally possible our neighbors were that loud lol. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the washer and dryer worked great, and there were lots of little things that made this a very comfortable stay for us and our three kids! I would definitely stay here again.
