No expense was spared in the renovation of this historic 120 yr. old bungalow - one of the closest residential homes to downtown Hot Springs. 3 bedrooms - one king room, one queen room and a bunk room with two bunk beds (twin over full beds). Super comfy mattresses with a luxurious mix of down pillows, gel pillows and soft sheets for ultimate comfort. The brand new furniture gives this home a cool mid-century modern vibe. Original hardwood floors and original shiplap on walls and ceilings!

What makes this place awesome is it's close proximity to downtown. If you're coming to Hot Springs to sight-see, tour bath house row, hike the National Park or bike the new Northwoods Trail, you couldn't pick a better location for your stay. If you're ready to check out Oaklawn's new casino, you only have to travel a few miles down Central Avenue (less than a 10 minute drive). And during the summer, you can be at the lake or Magic Springs in just minutes!

The home features fast wifi, three flatscreen TVs with Roku, free Netflix and other streaming apps, coffee maker with an assortment of coffees, charcoal grill, brand new HVAC system keeps the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. New paint and flooring. Beautiful kitchen with all new granite and stainless steel appliances. All the cookware you need to prepare a great meal at home. appliances and cookware. Kick back on the front patio area and watch the hikers and bikers cruise by.

The house can sleep 8 comfortably. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom. The queen bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom with a tub/shower.

You’ll have full and exclusive access to the house and property. Washer/dryer is available in the home if you need it. Detergent is complimentary.

No garage or carport; however, there is always plenty of street parking in front of the house.

I also own and rent the two houses on either side of this house. They're named "Ramble Cottage" & "The Hideaway." If you have a large group and are looking for 2-3 houses close to each other, this is the perfect setup for you. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions about booking multiple homes.

NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES: We want you to know we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. This is done after every stay. We use a very professional and well-trained cleaning crew who uses only the best professional cleaning products. As an added precaution, we supply additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay.

Nice cozy home close to bathhouse row. We were two families staying the weekend for our daughters' cheer competition. The house and location was perfect. Plenty of parking for both our large SUVs. The beds were comfy and showers hot. The cherry on top of our little stay was all the snow, it was cold but oh so beautiful. Thanks for sharing your home!

My friends and I had a great time staying here for two nights. We easily slept 8 people, and had no issues with space or comfortability. The only issue we ran into is that only one of the four receptacles worked in the kitchen. Mr. Dylan was super quick to respond to any help I needed. Overall, you can't beat the price for a larger group and we would definitely stay here again.

Short on amenities

The listing stated “Brand new furnishings” but that was years ago. The AC didn’t work at the beginning and the host didn’t answer or return calls but only communicated through the App. After some effort on our part the AC started but Host never checked in on us to make sure it stayed functioning and we were comfortable. The kitchen had very limited amenities and the oven would not come to temperature to bake our pizza. We were 4 people and got 4 towels and that was it. No extra towels for hair or hands. Won’t stay again.

50th Girls Trip

Perfect place to catch up and celebrate our 50th birthday girls trip. Couch and beds very comfortable. Only thing did not realize was steps from street to front door if have someone elderly. Thanks for the great stay.

Cozy and comfy stay

Neat and clean property. We had three teenage kids and the bunk bed arrangement worked out perfectly. Beau was actively involved and constantly checking with us for any issues. Would definitely keep this property in mind if we come back.

The property matched the pictures and the host community expectations/directions clearly. Everything was exactly as described. The only minor downside was a small draft from the front door but we blocked it by closing a towel in the door. We will definitely book again.

Volleyball Tournament Getaway

We had a couple of moms and a few tweens in town for a volleyball tournament and decided to rent a house instead of 2 hotel rooms. Best decision ever!!!! We were super close to the Convention Center and much more comfortable in our own beds! The couches and beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The house is decorated so cute and cozy! Us moms were able to relax on the couches and catch up while the kids were obsessed with their bunk bed room. We would definitely book again!

Beautiful historic gem of a house!

Loved this house. Plenty of beds for kids, spacious kitchen prep room, and great space for just relaxing. Loved the small touches like towels, soaps and hairdryer. So nice not to have to bring everything. Will certainly be returning!
