The fire pit was broken had a family emergency so had to check out at 3 o’clock when I am an IHG member so I’m supposed to be able to get a late check out at 1pm and then pay per hour after that which he said the rate was $15 an hour But charge me $95 cause that’s cheaper than $45

The property was convenient, and the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but it was good. The only strange thing about the breakfast was that they had oatmeal cups that had to be microwaved but no microwave. Our room was nice and the only thing I saw that needed a little extra cleaning was the bathroom (mainly the area right next to the tub). One thing I did not like was that they charge a fee for early check in. Told the front desk clerk that we would just kill a little bit of time even though the fee isn't much.

The floors were sticky. The beds were hard. The room was stuffy and I had zero hot water in the morning. Very disappointed. The staff when we checked in was very pleasant ans nice.
