Our room was dirty. Had someone leave hair on our shower walls, plies of dirt in the corners of the room like they swept but didn’t want pick it up. It smelled moldy and musty, I said something and it was blamed on being next to the lake. Our microwave didn’t work unless you held in the plug in correctly, fridge made a weird noise. The continental breakfast was still partially frozen. There was never anyone at the front desk really. If I wanted fresh towels I had to go down and get them. There was stains on our bedding. Was highly unimpressed considering paying almost $100/night plus the cost elevator broke more than once and staff said it was a regular issue

This hotel was definitely not worth the price for us to stay. Staff manager after 6pm didnt care about our concerns and said there was nothing they could do. The pool was a complete filty mess with waterbugs, and tadpoles swimming around in the murky pool, chlorine tabs sitting on the bottom of a nasty pool with no circulation and not enough water in the pool to reach the filters and moss growing on the steps, sides, & bottom of pool.

On the 2nd morning of our stay, we woke up to water on every surface. Puddles on floor, night stand, desk, bathroom vanity. Luckily we didn’t have to plug anything in since we standing on water. I’m guessing it was due to humidity but the main floor was completely dry. No one at desk to complain to.
