Schön, aber auch enttäuschend

Es wurde angegeben, dass man evtl auch früher einchecken kann. Wir waren eine halbe Stunde früher da und ich habe bei der Hotline angefragt, ob wir schon ins Haus könnten. Dort wurde mir gesagt "Nein, das ist nicht gewünscht. Sie müssen die halbe Stunde noch warten!". Außerdem waren die Möbel drausen voller Spinnenweben. Ansonsten war es ok.
