Amazing place just a block from the beach and the staff has activities for the guests to spend time together each night. Spent a week and had lots of fun here without ever getting bored.

I had issues with checking in, they told me the 4 person room I booked and paid for wasn’t available and they wanted to put me in a 6 person instead with no refund for the difference in cost. After I complained they magically found a spot in a 4 person. They also didn’t give me a beach towel and when I asked for one I was told to use my bath towel for the beach. The floors were swept often which was great but I don’t think they had done a proper full cleaning in a while. Overall my stay was ok, I liked the general setup of the hostel but the front desk staff just isn’t courteous or welcoming. The 4 person room was very crowded because the room wasn’t set up well, with lots of wasted space in the living area and furniture packed into the bedroom to the point you can barely get to far top bunk.

Went to check in and they said they didn't have a room- also said they wouldn't refund my money. Said I didn't try calling them and I did I have proof on my phone. Also tried e-mailing them to let them know I would be late for check in. Which ultimately shouldn't matter being the room is paid in full. Wouldn't let me stay- said they had not additional rooms available.
