THE BUILDING:

As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.



HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.



TRASH ROOM:

Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Good Property

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. But the experience we had with the nonworking elevators made it very frustrating. Here were our thoughts about our stay: Pros: -The property is as pictured.-The property provided one free parking spot (with in and out privileges) for our stay. -The property manager/host was very prompt with communication. -The property is very conveniently located and easily walkable to the Waikiki strip. Cons:-During our stay, there was only ONE working elevator (out of 4 total elevators). This was very inconvenient as we’d have to wait for more than 15 minutes every time trying to catch an elevator. Once an elevator would reach our floor it would already be filled to the brim with people who were coming down from higher floors. This was very frustrating as guests. -The primary bedroom does not have good air flow and no AC so it would get very warm overnight if the room door was closed. Since there was no AC in the room we would use the fan provided to help cool the room down but it was not very convenient as the fan would take up space. -The property was stingy on towels. They only provided one bath towel and one beach towel per guest for our entire stay. When we asked for an extra set of bath towels, they said it could be provided for an additional cost per towel (3 per towel).
