The Space:

From breezy mornings above the city to relaxed evenings after a day by the shore, this 34th-floor condo at Waikiki Banyan offers a comfortable home base in the heart of Honolulu’s steady tropical climate.
Sleeping arrangements
This air-conditioned one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom, separated from the living area by a sliding door, includes one king bed and one full bed, along with closet and dresser storage. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. One full bathroom includes bathroom essentials, and linens and towels are provided.
Living space
The open layout connects the living area and kitchen, creating an easy flow for relaxing between outings. Natural light fills the southeast-facing space, and window AC unit cooling helps maintain comfort year-round. A 40 inch HDTV with standard cable and Wifi are available, along with an Ethernet connection for guests who need a dedicated workspace.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and cooking basics included. A dining table and counter seating offer space for casual breakfasts before the beach or simple dinners at home. A coffee maker and hot water kettle make it easy to start the day at your own pace.
Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto the private patio or balcony to take in ocean and Diamond Head views. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area provide space to enjoy the trade winds above the city.
Guests have access to shared outdoor amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. Shared BBQ grill areas are also available. Beach essentials are provided, and shared beach access makes shoreline visits simple.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
