The place was suitable for my needs as a graduate student flying over islands for 13 days. However, I noticed a few issues. The showerhead and shower knobs were broken, and the tissue holder was almost falling apart. There were no wall-mounted plug-in outlets, so they provided extension cords, which I found inconvenient.Another significant problem was the absence of a kitchen sink. I had to wash dishes at the bathroom sink. The shower drainage was also faulty, causing flooding inside the shower for three days. I contacted them, but it took a while for them to come and fix it.The windows were quite old, and I could hear the wind gushing through them loudly. If you’re considering staying here, you should be aware of this issue.

Bad Customer Service

This situation has been very unpleasant to deal with, and there has been a lot of back-and-forth. I tried to cancel the reservation two days after booking, I was told I would be reimbursed and that the host would call me . However, I still haven't received any reimbursementa nd no one called me. There's a lack of communication, both with the host and VRBO, has been extremely frustrating. They told me I would be reimbursed, but then later claimed I wasn't eligible. It's been a complete mess.
