We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and the location was fantastic right in the heart of downtown Waikiki. The security in the building was outstanding and we felt very safe. The condo was clean and comfy and the view from the lanai was spectacular! All in all, if we return to the area, we would love to reserve this property again.

There were stains on the carpet and counters, stains on sheets and bedding, The bathroom smelled like urine the whole time and the caulking in the shower was poorly done. For the most part, an ok place if all you need is a place to sleep.

Property was in a great location and very walkable. The unit was mixed. Overall it is getting worn. The mattress was so worn, we took turns sleeping on the sofa. The bathroom has rust leaching through the paintwork and the shower faucet is loose in the fitting. Kitchen is well equipped but the fridge handle is missing. The carpet is exceedingly stained.

Late checkin, oven disgustingly dirty, fan had lots of dust on it. Needed to be replaced. Then we had to check out early because there was no water. No AC in the living room. The area where it is good. But I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Prime Location with a Free Parking Space

The location with a free parking space was amazing and the place was exactly as described. I've stayed in this same building in the past, so I was familiar with everything. The reason why I'm only giving this stay 4 stars instead of 5 were due to the following reasons. The host did not communicate with us in a timely manner. During the second night of our stay, we noticed there were no laundry pods under the bathroom sink as indicated in the instructions. I texted the host that evening at 8pm and didn't get a response until THREE DAYS later. I replied within 6 hours and then was ghosted. Also, the shower's hot water was unpredictable as it would mainly get cool or warm and then all of a sudden super hot then back to cold. Overall, this was a decent stay with some minor issues.

Overall the stay was very good and convenient. The location was great just minutes from the beach and shopping area, parking included was a bonus because of high parking rates at other places, plus kitchen and laundry is included which saves a lot of time and money when going out to eat and doing laundry
