Living space
The open layout feels airy and uncluttered, with large windows drawing ocean, mountain, and city skyline views into every corner of the room. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space comfortable throughout the day, while the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa and a 50-inch HDTV with standard cable for relaxed evenings in. Fast wifi at 211 Mbps and an Ethernet connection handle streaming, video calls, and remote work with ease.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is set apart from the living area and fitted with a king bed, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens for a proper night's rest. A dedicated workspace with a door sits within the room - quiet, naturally lit, and positioned to make focused work feel less like work. Clothing storage includes a closet and a dresser, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat in whenever you choose. You'll find a full suite of appliances - LG refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, and toaster - alongside cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and cooking basics. A dining table provides a proper place to gather for meals or map out the day ahead.
Bathroom and essentials
The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, bidet, hot water, and a full set of Essentiel Elements bathe products - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - alongside a hair dryer and cleaning products. Towels, bed linens, and starter essentials are provided. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays.

Shared beach access is nearby, and beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your time on the shore. An outdoor playground is available for younger guests. Free resort access is included, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on premises. Free parking garage access accommodates one vehicle.
Please note that the shared heated pool and hot tubs are currently under renovation until May 2026. The shared sauna remains available.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
