Signature offers a great indoor/outdoor living experience with a giant large terrace. (580 sq ft), where a first-class barbecue with dining table and lounge area is of course not missing.
Signature's decor is a combination of American and European influences.
The spacious living room (75 inch TV) and modern kitchen have all the comforts. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV (55 inch) and custom made walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is modern and luxuriously furnished with an extra large walk-in shower with rain shower and sitting area, toilet and double sink.
Bedroom 2 is also furnished with a king-size bed, TV, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, TV and wardrobe. Both bedrooms share the second bathroom, furnished with walk-in shower, double sink and access to separate toilet. A separate room with washer/dryer.
