This recently remodeled Chamberlands home is the perfect modern mountain retreat for your Tahoe getaway! Enjoy full access to Chamberlands' private swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts. The spacious home features new furnishings, updated kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, carpeting, lighting, and fresh paint inside and out, along with a new deck and walkway.
Enter the main living level into an inviting open-plan great room that serves as an ideal gathering space for your group. The warm grays and taupes of the home's color palette reflect the soothing colors of the surrounding forest. The great room boasts hardwood flooring, a comfy sectional for relaxing by the gas fireplace, and a sizable flat-screen TV. The Restoration Hardware dining table accommodates up to eight, with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar.
Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the kitchen, which features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. The kitchen island makes meal prep easy and enhances the interaction between those cooking and the rest of the guests in the great room. Just off the great room is a spacious deck where you can enjoy fresh air and beautiful mountain sunsets.
On this main level, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom: one bedroom has a king bed, while the second features a queen bed. Upstairs, a large loft will delight kids with an air hockey table, TV, and sofa. There's also a separate sitting area with a desk, in case you need to work while on vacation. Additionally, there is a spacious bunk room, featuring three sets of bunk beds: two with twin beds and one with a twin on top, and a double below. This bunk room also has a TV with a DVD player. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower. The garage has lots of sleds, inflatables, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, balls, bikes, and a ping-pong table for you to enjoy. We ask that you return anything used, back to this location.
The outdoor space includes two Adirondack chairs, two recliners, a table with six chairs, a gas BBQ, and extra plastic chairs stored in the garage (summer months only). This home is equipped with a newer washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an EV charger (14-50 plug, 240V, 50AMP).
You will thoroughly enjoy full access to the private Chamberlands pool, beach, and tennis courts. A free shuttle service is available to transport you to the beach or pool, or it’s approximately a 10-minute walk. I'm sorry, but pets are not permitted in this home.
**DURING WINTER MONTHS, DRIVEWAY IS ONLY PLOWED ON THE RIGHT SIDE. DRIVEWAY CAN GET INCREDIBLY SLIPPERY. RENTERS SHOULD PARK IN THE GARAGE, AND OR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DRIVEWAY OUT OF THE ROAD.
This home does not allow any parties or events as it is in a residential neighborhood. Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am. Thanks for your cooperation!
