Beautifully situated house with a wonderful view from the living room/kitchen over the nearby Bredasjön (50 metres). The house is about 20 metres from S03153. Lake view. Behind the house there is a forest area rich in berries and mushrooms. Approx. 300 metres from the house is a child-friendly swimming area with diving platform and jetty. The house has a sauna shared with S03152, 20 metres away. 1 boat, shared with S03152, is moored in another lake. Many excursion destinations: Barnens Gård, Blomstergården and Laxens Hus. Little used road between the house and the lake.
